Shipping & payment conditions

The delivery costs are calculated as follows:

Delivery within Germany  11,50 EUR   Express delivery: 26,50 EUR
Delivery to countries within the EU 19,50 EUR   Express delivery: not possible
Delivery to all other countries 22,50 EUR   Express delivery: 42,50 EUR
Collection by the customer 0,00 EUR  

 

Please also note:

  • For delivery to the following islands an island surcharge of 13,00 EUR will be imposed:
    Hiddensee, Pellworm, Hooge, Langeneß, Gröde, Föhr, Amrum, Sylt, Langeoog, Spiekeroog, Wangerooge, Norderney, Juist, Baltrum, Helgoland, Chiemsee
  • The EU excepted territories Helgoland and Büsingen can only be supplied with customs documents.
     
  • If the delivery goes to non-EU countries and to EU excepted territories, no delivery time guarantee can be given due to customs clearance.
